Lowrider Gospel Fest:
October 24
SONS OF THUNDER has been asked to participate in the first annual gospel fest on Saturday, October 24, at Cherokee point School / park
This was a community sponsored event put on by the San Diego Police Department, and other local agencies, to minister to at risk youth and their families caught up in the gang lifestyle. There will be custom show cars, christian entertainment, free food and SOT will be providing food boxes to the community.
This event was featured in low rider magazine, KUSI news, and other media outlets, so come be a part of what God is doing in out local community, get plugged in, and make a difference here in San Diego.

Sons of Thunder is a San Diego based 501c3 food distribution
organization that has partnered with the San Diego Police Department,
local community organizations and major food distributors to help bring some of
life's most basic necessities to the needy and underprivileged in San Diego and the surrounding areas.
Meeting the needs of struggling military families, single parents, the elderly and orphaned, abandoned children, is our priority. Through food and clothing distributions, community involvement and a 24 hour helpline, Sons of Thunder is making a difference in the lives of those who are finding the barest of life's necessities hard to come by.
The Sons of Thunder mission is a call to S.E.R.V.E
Support the needs of the local community.
Engage the community through local outreach.
Redistribute food and clothing to those in need.
Value the homeless by providing shelter.
Encourage the hurting with a heart of compassion.
